About the Event

RATING | PG-13

Genre: Theatre

The show is to tell my story of how my thought process works as someone with multiple neurodivergent diagnoses, such as OCD, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety. I talk about how each diagnosis affects me such as my ADHD has curbed the writing career I've wanted because of constant distraction or how my OCD has affected me and how I navigate things such as intrusive thoughts and exposure therapy or how when overstimulated I dissociate and shut down internally. I will also talk about how I navigate emotions such as happiness, sadness, and grief and talk about how I overcome emotional hardships and managed to survive to age 29.
